Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Packed in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Certain products like digital items, downloadable products, or items on clearance/sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Digital/downloadable products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective).
Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Contact our support team at 📧 support@digitalkart.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if product is damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
- Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will process:
- Exchange: Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days (subject to availability).
- Return: Refund will be processed as per our [Refund Policy].
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In case of exchanges, shipping charges for sending the replacement item may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or return at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Products sent back without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we verify the returned item’s condition.
- Digital Kart is not responsible for any damage or loss caused due to misuse of products after delivery.
